Croz is very passionate about his subject and gets rave reviews from many of his events. Being born in London, he posesses that unique sense of British Humour and often gets mistaken for a stand up comic. Hailing from London originally and later the more refined parts of  Surrey and Buckinghamshire, Croz was instrumental in setting up numerous businesses and also revitalising ailing businesses for resale.At one point he was a director of a company that ran petrol stations the length and breadth of the UK.

One of Croz’s passions is renovating properties and that is something that he still enjoys doing with his wife of 42 years Val. He likens the renovation process as a great example of how easy things become when you have a goal. He asks the question, “How many of your friends call in and see you when you are renovating and think you are mad, because they do not see the end result.

Since moving to Oz about 23 years ago, Croz has set up and sold approx 10 businesses and in 1999 he changed direction slightly and turned his business skills and love of teaching into a business that mentored and helped young entrepreneurs, and business people from around the world.

It was a chance meeting with a young lad in 2007 that got him involved in online video production. He was so impressed with this person, that he decide to put his money where his mouth was and finance a business for this guy, in the online world of the internet.

Little did he know at the time how involved he would become and how much knowledge he would get over the next three years about online video. It amazed him how many different types of video there were and how each one played its own special part in marketing businesses online.

Although Croz’s passion is talking and sharing his wisdom gained through a very eventful life, he brings a great deal of hands on expertise about the use of video in todays world of communication and marketing, and that is part of what he shares during the 3 Old Farts show.
